“At Delfs' Fitness Centre we work hard to insure quality service and ultimate satisfaction. We are focused on meeting our member's needs and wants. Giving our members the respect and service they deserve, the answers they need, and addressing their concerns is our goal to insure that they have been ultimately satisfied.”

    How We Achieve Clients Ultimate Satisfaction.

  • We always acknowledge our members, making sure that we greet you as you come in and give friendly goodbyes as you leave.
     
  • We keep on a first name basis with our members. This allows us to be on a more personal level with you and it also helps you feel at home.
     
  • We never make a member wait for us to assist them. If you need help, we are always here to help.
     
  • We try to please our members as much as we can. We're glad to answer all your questions and concerns.
     
  • We value your comments and concerns. If you leave your name in our suggestion box you will always get a personal reply from management.
     
  • When answering phones we are prompt and polite, if we have to put you on hold we always make sure to let you know why.
     
  • We treat the club as our home and our members as our guests. We make sure that our facility is tidy and clean, and that you are treated with the respect that you deserve.
