All The Motivation, All  The Results,

For A Fraction Of The Cost.

Group Personal Training is an excellent alternative to one on one training. You will make new friends and see fantastic results. Motivation is maintained by learning and training together in small personal groups of 4 - 6 people. These sessions are for people serious about making changes to their body.

How It Works

You will first get your weight , measurements and body fat % measured. This is give you a reference point for future success. Each session you will work on developing proper form and technique and learn about intensity. Since nutrition plays a large part in your fitness results, your trainer will monitor your food and teach you about proper nutrient ratios.

Through out your course regular checkups on body composition and diet will keep you on course. You will also be encouraged to train regularly on your own, or with a partner, through the week. This will allow you to apply your new knowledge.
