Left Low Block
Look to left side, Place left arm on top left palm up, right palm
down |

Step out to left, to complete block |

Right Walking Punch
Raise left arm, step in with right leg to prepare for right punch |

Execute right punch as right leg steps forward |

Right Low Block
Step back to center with right foot, right arm goes on top |

Execute a right low block as right foot steps out to walking stance |

Left Walking Punch
Step forward, in and out with left leg executing a left punch |

Left Low Block
Step in with left leg, look to left side, place left arm on top, left
palm up, right palm down |

Step out to left, to complete block |

Right Walking Punch
Raise left arm, step with right leg to execute a right punch |

Right Low Block
Turn to right 1/2 turn and execute a right low section block |

Left Side Block
Step in with left leg, placing left arm under right, both palms are down |

step out with left leg to ‘L’ stance executing left side block |

Step forward, in and out with right leg executing a right punch |
