Bring left fist to chest and step in with left foot |

Left Walking Punch
Execute left punch in walking stance. |
 Left
foot steps in toward the right. The left hand is positioned on top of the
right hand at shoulder height. |

Left foot steps into walking stance while
executing a left low section block. |
 Bring
right fist to right hip and step in with right foot. |

Right Walking Punch
Execute right punch in walking stance.

left fist to left hip and step in with left foot. |

Left Walking Punch
Execute left punch in walking stance. |

the left while body turns to face opposite direction. Both fists go to the

Left foot steps into "L" stance
while executing left twin outer forearm block. |
Bring right fist to
right hip and step in with right foot. |
