Ready Position
 Right hand is in closed fist, left hand is wrapped around right hand. Hands are placed  directly in front of the belt knot

Both arms go up in front of body at shoulder height. The left arm goes underneath the right arm. Mid-Section Block

The left foot steps out into an "L" stance. The left hand goes in front in a mid-section block.

The left arm extends straight while the right hand goes to the chest, open, palm down.  Spear Hand
The right hand extends straight forward in a low spear hand while the left hand goes to the right shoulder.
The left foot slowly steps up slowly toward the right. Balance on the balls of the feet and then slowly lower onto your heels while left hand executes a low block and the right hand does a mid-section block. Feet are together. The arms move up to shoulder height, the right arm goes under the left arm. Mid-Section Block

The right foot steps out into an "L" stance. The right hand goes in front in a mid-section block.

 

The right arm extends straight while the left hand goes to the chest, open, palm down.  Spear Hand
The left hand extends straight forward in a low spear hand while the right hand goes to the left shoulder.

Low Block/Mid-section Block
The right foot slowly steps up slowly toward the left. Balance on the balls of the feet and then slowly lower onto your heels while right hand executes a low block and the left hand does a mid-section block. Feet are together.

The hands go to the waist, palm up

X-Fist Block, Double Punch
The left foot steps out into an "L" stance. The hands extend forward into a low x-fist block. Hands are back to back. Both hands come back in. Hands are at the chest, palm up. The hands extend straight forward into a double punch to jaw level.

Front Snap Kick, Front Punch, Reverse Punch
The right leg extends forward into a front snap kick. As the leg is kicking the left arm extends and the right hand returns to the hip. The foot is placed down in front. The right hand executes a front punch followed immediately by a reverse punch.

The left foot steps in toward the right foot as they raise onto the balls of the feet. Both hands return to the hip, with the two largest knuckles at the very top edge of the belt.

High-Rising Kick, W-Shaped Block
The right leg swings up in a high-rising kick as the left arm extends straight in front and the right arm extends behind. The right leg is placed down into a riding stance while the arms do a w-shaped block.

High-Rising Kick, W-Shaped Block
The left leg comes across the right leg. The body turns to face the other direction. The left leg does a high-rising kick, as the right arm extends straight in front and the left arm extends behind. The leg is placed down and arms do a w-shaped block. Finish in riding stance.

High-Rising Kick, W-Shaped Block
The left leg comes across the right leg. The body turns to face the other direction. The left leg does a high-rising kick, as the right arm extends straight in front and the left arm extends behind. The leg is placed down and arms do a w-shaped block. Finish in riding stance.

High-Rising Kick, W-Shaped Block
The right leg comes across the left leg. The body turns to face the other direction. The right leg does a high-rising kick, as the left arm extends straight in front and the right arm extends behind. The leg is placed down and arms do a w-shaped block. Finish in riding stance.

High-Rising Kick, W-Shaped Block
The left leg comes across the right leg. The body turns to face the other direction. The left leg does a high-rising kick, as the right arm extends straight in front and the left arm extends behind. The leg is placed down and arms do a w-shaped block. Finish in riding stance.

High-Rising Kick, W-Shaped Block
The left leg comes across the right leg. The body turns to face the other direction. The left leg does a high-rising kick, as the right arm extends straight in front and the left arm extends behind. The leg is placed down and arms do a w-shaped block. Finish in riding stance.

The right leg comes in toward the left leg. Both hands return to the hip. Left hand palm up, right hand palm down. 

Double Low Punch
The left foot steps out into an "L" stance as the hands execute a low double punch. The right hand is in front of the belt knot and the left hand is in front of the left leg.

Both arms return to the chest, palm up. Both hands are now open. The body twists.

Knee Strike
The hands extend straight out as if grabbing an imaginary head. Hands are palm down. The right knee comes upward as the hands travel downward to meet the knee. The leg is placed down and the arms reach over the right shoulder.

Double Knife Hand Block
The left foot steps out into an "L" stance. The arms extend forward into double knife hand block.

Front Snap Kick, Spear Hand
The left foot extends in a front kick as the right hand extends straight in front. The left hand returns to the hip. The leg is then placed down in front in a walking stance, and the left hand does a high spear hand. 

The right leg steps up toward the left leg, and the arms extend over the left shoulder.

Double Knife Hand Block
The right leg extends into an "L" stance as the arms come forward into a double knife hand block.

Front Snap Kick, Spear Hand
The right foot extends in a front kick as the left hand extends straight in front. The right hand returns to the hip. The leg is then placed down in front in a walking stance, and the right hand does a high spear hand. 
The right foot steps back toward the left foot. The arms go out in front. The left hand is on top of the right hand. Both hands are palm up.

 

Low Block/Mid-Section Block
The right foot steps back into an "L" stance. The left hand goes down in front in a low block. The right hand extends in behind in an outer forearm mid-section block. 

 

Jumping X-Fist Block
The right leg steps forward followed immediately by the left leg in a jump. The hands go to the hips. When you land, the right leg should be in front of the left leg, and both knees should be bent a fairly large amount. The hands come down into an x-fist block.
The legs straighten as the arms reach over the left shoulder, palms down.

Twin Inner Forearm Block
The right leg steps forward into a walking stance as the arms come forward into a twin inner forearm mid-section block.

The left leg comes in toward the right leg. The arms extend straight upwards, hands open, over the right shoulder. The body spins to face opposite direction. 

Low Double Knife Hand Block
The left leg steps out into an "L" stance as the arms execute a low double knife hand block. The right hand should be in front of the belt while the left hand is in front of the left leg. Right hand is palm up, the left hand is palm down.

Scooping Block
The body twists as both arms extend straight out to the side. At this point the "L" stance changes into a walking stance. The right arm executes a scooping block.

The left foot steps in toward the right foot. The hands extend straight up above the left shoulder. Hands are open.

Low Double Knife Hand Block
The right leg steps out into an "L" stance as the arms execute a low double knife hand block. The left hand should be in front of the belt while the right hand is in front of the right leg. Left hand is palm up, the right hand is palm down.

Scooping Block
The body twists as both arms extend straight out to the side. At this point the "L" stance changes into a walking stance. The left arm executes a scooping block.
