Ready Position
 Jun-bi position

Right hand extends in front while the left hand goes to hip. Begin to remove weight off of the left leg. Slow Punch
Left foot slides slowly out into riding stance, as the left hand comes out into a slow punch while the right hand goes to the hip.
Right Punch, Left Punch
The right hand extends in front to do a fast punch, followed immediately by a left punch. To be done in 1 count. 
Left foot steps in toward the right foot. Left hand stays all the way out.
Slow Punch
The right foot slides slowly out into riding stance, as the right hand comes out in a slow punch, while the left hand returns to the hip. 
Left Punch, Right Punch
The left hand extends into a punch, followed immediately by a right punch. Both punches are fast.

Right foot steps all the way in to the left foot, and the right hand goes underneath the left arm, in front of the body at shoulder height.

Mid-Section Block
The right foot steps out into a walking stance, while executing a right inner forearm mid-section block. 
Front Snap Kick, Front Punch, Reverse Punch
The left leg extends into a front snap kick, and is placed in front. This is followed immediately by a front punch with the left hand and then a reverse punch with the right hand.

The left leg steps in toward the right leg, the left hand goes underneath the right arm. Arms are at shoulder height, in front of the body.

Mid-Section Block
The left leg steps out into a walking stance, as the left arm comes forward into an inner forearm mid-section block.

Front Snap Kick, Front Punch, Reverse Punch
The right leg extends into a front snap kick, and is placed in front. This is followed immediately by a front punch with the right hand and then a reverse punch with the left hand.

The right leg steps in toward the left leg. The right hand goes on top of the left arm. The right hand is open.

Double Slow Hooking Block
The right foot steps out into a walking stance. The right arm comes across to execute a slow hooking block. The left hand then goes on top and does a slow hooking block.

Front Punch
After the hooking blocks, leave a very brief pause. Then execute a front punch with the right hand.

The left foot steps forward toward the right foot. The left hand goes on top of the right hand. Hands are at shoulder level. 

Double Slow Hooking Block
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance. The left hand comes across in a slow hooking block. The right hand then goes on top and immediately does a slow hooking block

Front Punch
After the hooking blocks, leave a very brief pause. Then execute a front punch with the left hand.

The right foot comes in to the left foot. The left hand extends straight out in front, and the right hand goes to the hip.

Right Walking Punch
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance while the right hand executes a punch. The left hand returns to the hip.

The left foot begins to come forward as both hands reach in behind the body, to the right.

Bending Ready Stance
The left leg swings around and chambers in beside the right leg. The arms come forward into a fighting stance.

Side Kick, Elbow Strike
The left leg extends into a side kick. While kicking, the left hand extends straight out, open handed. The right elbow comes forward to do an elbow strike to the left hand. Ends in walking stance.

 Bending Ready Stance
The arms reach in behind to the left. The body quickly spins around to face the opposite direction. The right leg chambers in beside the left leg, and the arms come forward into a fighting stance.

Side Kick, Elbow Strike
The right leg extends into a side kick, while the right hand extends straight out. The left elbow comes forward to do an elbow strike to the right hand. Ends in walking stance.

The left leg steps up to the right leg. The right hand goes to the right hip, palm up. The left hand goes directly on top. Both hands are open.
 

Twin Outer Forearm Block

The left leg steps out into an "L" stance, while the hands execute an open-handed twin outer forearm block.

Right foot steps forward right hand comes to the side of the chest, while the left hand comes to the waist. Both hands remain open.

Pressing-Block Spear-Hand
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance while the hands execute a pressing block spearhand.
Right foot comes in toward the left foot. Left hand goes to the hip, palm up. Right hand goes directly on top. Both hands are open.

Twin Outer Forearm Block
The right foot steps out into an "L" stance while the hands execute an open-handed twin outer forearm mid-section block.

Left foot steps forward left hand comes to the side of the chest, while the right hand comes to the waist. Both hands remain open. Pressing-Block Spear-Hand
The left leg steps out into a walking stance, while the arms execute a pressing block spear hand.

The left leg steps in toward the right foot. The left hand goes on top. Hands are out to the right, at shoulder height.

Mid-Section Block, Reverse Punch
The left foot steps out into a walking stance. The left hand executes a mid-section block. Twist the hips. The right hand executes a reverse punch. 

The right foot steps in toward the left foot. The right hand goes directly on top of the left arm.

Mid-Section Block, Reverse Punch
The right foot steps out into a walking stance. The right hand executes a mid-section block. Twist the hips. The left hand executes a reverse punch. 

Running Backfist
The left hand goes on top of the right hand. The left leg takes a a large step forward, then the right leg steps in behind the left leg. The left hand does a back fist.

Both arms reach over to the left. Both hands are closed, at shoulder height.

Twin Inner Forearm Mid-section Block
The right foot steps out into a walking stance, while executing a twin inner forearm mid-section block.

The right leg steps in toward the left leg. The arms reach over to the right side.

Twin Inner Forearm Mid-Section Block

The left leg steps out into a walking stance, while executing a twin inner forearm mid-section block.
